COMPASS & CO is a company that arose out of a love for sailing and the beauty of Boka Kotorska, which can be seen in the most beautiful way and in all its glory from this angle, just above the waves.

I am Miloš Pajović former 1st Navigational officer at Royal Caribbean International, founder of the company, your skipper and host in an adventure interwoven with history, waves and Mediterranean charms. I was born in the heart of Boka Kotorska, the city of Kotor, whose historical heritage still inspires me today and I will be happy to share it with you.
